Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your Feed-Safe from a source other than AutoPets, you must coordinate your return with that source. Be sure to review an individual seller’s return policy before making a purchase.

Return Procedure

If you purchased your Feed-Safe directly from AutoPets, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund as long as the complete kit is returned undamaged and in good condition, including the bowls. Please make sure all items are packed securely in the original box.

You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return your unit. To request one, contact us at 1-877-250-7729 or returns@feed-safe.com. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.

Once the unit is received in Auburn Hills, MI, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price. We will notify you of the return and credit issued.

Refund Processing

Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-30 days of receipt of the unit. Once processed, the refunded amount takes 1-3 business days to post to your account.

If the original method of payment was lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, you must notify us before your refund is processed. If you made your purchase through our website using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card that is no longer valid, we can apply your refund to a different card if notified in advance.
